Seating horrendous

Disappointing experience and won’t go back. The lead in act performed over an hour and Shadow Ridge Music Festival didn’t come out til almost 9pm, concert start time was 7:30pm. We were crammed in together, touching arms to arms; people behind us were extremely loud (louder than the concert) and got louder, after we spoke to them; there should have been better crowd security. A huge man sat smack dab in front of me, completely obstructing my vision, from all angles; then, we stood at the back and another patron shoved me and said I couldn’t stand there. We moved with the usher to a different seat and the man behind was singing loudly.
